Make salad dressing by adding avocado, pickle juice, garlic powder, and salt to a blender. Blend until smooth. Set aside.
Assemble salads by dividing the following ingredients into 4 bowls: mixed greens, leftover turkey, sliced red onion, extra sharp cheddar cheese, chopped celery, bread and butter pickles, dried cranberries.
Dress each salad just before eating.
Serve with leftover rolls or your favorite bread for a more filling meal
