Dill Pickle Cheese Ball

Smoky, savory, and absolutely delicious, this Dill Pickle Cheese Ball is the perfect party pleaser for your holiday gathering.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • ¼ cup of sour cream
  • 8 oz of turkey bacon (leave out if vegetarian)
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese of your choice
  • ¼ cup of green onion finely chopped
  • 2 cup of finely chopped Bubbies Kosher Dill Pickles
  • 3 Tbl of everything bagel spice

For the Topping Options:

  • Chopped Bubbies Kosher Dill Pickles
  • Poppy seeds
  • Chopped nuts like (walnut, almonds, cashews, pecans and anything you like)
  • Fresh herbs like (dill, parsley and any other herb you like)
  • Green onions
  • Turkey bacon (or leave it out if vegetarian)
  • Bubbies Spicy Sauerkraut
  • Dash of hot sauce
  • Everything Bagel Spice

For Serving Options: (sky’s the limit!)

  • Pretzel chips/pita chips/veggie chips/potato chips/any cracker of your choice
  • Olives, veggies

Directions

  1. Cook turkey bacon if using, cool, chop into small pieces and set aside.
  2. In a mixer place softened cream cheese and sour cream and beat until smooth
  3. Mix in ¾ of the turkey bacon (if using), 1 cup of shredded cheese, 2 Tbl of green onions, 3 Tbl of finely diced pickles and 1 tsp of everything bagel spice. Mix until well combined.
  4. Form into a ball and roll into toppings of your choice. One tbsp of each finely chopped dill, parsley, green onion, everything bagel spice, chopped Bubbies Kosher Dill Pickles, extra shredded cheese, chopped pecans and rest of the bacon if using, is suggested.
  5. Serve right away or cover and chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
