Fried Chicken Cuban Sliders

Fried Chicken Cuban Sliders

We're shaking things up a bit (literally) with these delicious, fried chicken sliders!

Ingredients

  • 10 soft dinner rolls
  • 5 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 4 tbl Bubbies Kosher Dill Relish
  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbl salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper,Fresh lettuce,Salted potato chips
  • 1 cup of mayonnaise
  • Vegetable oil

Directions

Fried Chicken Directions:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together flour, spices, salt and pepper.
  2. Pour flour mixture into a bag with the chicken thighs, and shake until evenly coated.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet until sizzling.
  4. Carefully place the chicken thighs in the oil and cook until golden on each side, (about 5 minutes per side).
  5. Remove to a wire rack to cool.

  1. Keep the dinner rolls together and slice them in half like one large roll.
  2. Spread an even layer of mayonnaise on the bottom layer.
  3. Add a thin layer of lettuce and potato chips.
  4. Add a layer of fried chicken.
  5. Top with Bubbies kosher dill relish.
  6. Enjoy!
