Spicy Grilled Asian Sliders

Spicy Grilled Asian Sliders

Sliders with a sweet and spicy kick. These Spicy Grilled Asian Sliders made with Bubbies Spicy Kosher Dills are an easy weekend meal everyone will love.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp ginger powder
  • 2 tsp chopped green onion
  • 3 tbl soy sauce
  • ½ tsp ground pepper
  • 8 rolls King’s Hawaiian Bread
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tbl soy sauce or fish sauce
  • 1 ½ chili garlic sauce
  • 1 tbl lime juice
  • 2 tsp Bubbies Spicy Kosher Dills, sliced Cilantro leaves Chili peppers, sliced

Directions

  1. Mix the ground meat, garlic, ginger, 1 tbl soy sauce, and black pepper. Make two-inch balls with the mix and flatten them down into meat patties.
  2. For the glaze, mix ketchup, honey, 2 tbl soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, lime juice, and Bubbies Spicy Kosher Dills brine.
  3. Set grill on medium heat. Set patties on the grill and grill each side for about two minutes. Make sure all patties are cooked through.
  4. Brush Asian glaze on patties until caramelized.
  5. Remove from heat and set aside to cool. Once patties are cooled, assemble the sliders.
  6. Between 1 slice of opened roll place pattie, peppers, sliced spicy dills, cilantro and second slice of roll.
  7. Enjoy.
